I hope so too, this major grip over paying too early will have to be a big test to see if them now charging us was also them saying ok time for us to listen to ourselves, basing it off how many players said they wont pay this early (I think the poll was about 50% won't pay last I saw it, pretty huge haha)

This thread was such a horrible idea.

I agree with your opinion completely and that is why unfortunately when they begin billing I will be quitting the game, but that doesn't mean you should make a thread about it, ESPECIALLY not here. Most if not all the people here enjoy the game and are glad to supply the funds for the game to continue development even if it is way too early. If you actually wanted people to agree with you and not be shouting to a crowd that will not listen to a word you say, you should have gone somewhere else.

Also the fact that Yoshi-P stated that if you aren't pleased with 1.20 when it comes out, you still have time to cancel before billing is a big deal too. Yoshi-P and pretty much all of Square-Enix knows that they "owe" you for releasing this beta test of a game, each time they make an update there are a ton of apologies, because what else are they supposed to do, give you a refund? So instead they are pushing to improve the game and they even have come to the point where they literally have to make the game again from the ground up, and they've already lost a years worth of revenue from release, and a lot of bad rep. So the fact that Yoshi-P and Square Enix gave you a fair warning before billing and then said "Alright, if you aren't pleased, we're sorry, quit now" is a big deal and awesome on their part.

The people that aren't pleased with a half completed game will most likely quit, if people are having fun, then they won't quit and will begin to pay.

It's as simple as that, I'm sure you could have figured it out yourself without making this shitstorm of a thread.

I came here to talk about it because these are my people. They are the people who I will be sharing a world with. This is my community. I really hope that this community becomes a big part of my online gaming life for many years. If I wanted to just shout into the ears of people who don't even play this game, I would've went to MMORPG.com or something. But that's not what I wanted.

That's not fair, I'm not a 'blind' fan. I can see clearly the direction this game is going and I like it. Everyone else here is also entitled to their opinion but to bring it to every thread is a bit ridiculous.

This thread is simply a cesspool of negativity, which is why I 'pooped' in it.
