Considering that a big Ice give 300 points, if all the 54 DPS and Tanks are hitting ice (2 healers for each party),
any player will earn +5,5 points from the ice,
so if someone score a kill in that timeframe he get +5 and the opponent party -5

I think that someone have to realize that

The score change from 1800 to 1600 was there to make the games end quicker so it doesn't drag out as much as it used to. There's a lot of differences between the JP and NA meta of Shatter. There are usually less kills (due to healers being on point, not that people aren't fighting) on Elemental (my home data centre) that lead the game to a 1500-1500-1500 scoreline as the last ice is killed. My experience on Aether is that the people who kill the most tend to ignore the objectives more while the teams that do the objectives don't kill as much and there are far more blowout games.

Though I have had many games where the team that kills the most kills around objectives and so they win. It's all about balance between killing players and killing ice, with killing players allowing you to kill ice in an optimal situation.

Elemental also doesn't care as much about job meta, so we see plenty of BLM/SMNs and less BRD/MCH than on Aether.

Yes matches ended faster but on Aether you would see games where last place would farm 400 points worth of kills and base ticks. If when tthey had lowered the score to 1600 and lowered the overall amount of ice points equally you would see more PvP.

Aether generally seems to have one team that under performs for whatever reason. You can see a lot of matches end 1600, 1500+, and ice still up. But yes if everyone is equal on other centers then its more an Aether problem then a mode problem.

I agree. I'm a PvPer, not an ice beater. And when I lead people to fight, some people will complain. Some other leaders will lead a bunch of people to travel on the hills like a group of ice caravans. It's the worst FL mode ever made.

    Not only that.

If you destroy the whole team of the opponents, they'll be forced to retreat or respawn, then the ice will be yours.

I've spoken on this quite a bit before. The thing is, there's no one way to win Shatter. That is both a good and bad thing about it. If you have a team strong enough to win through kills alone, go for it. If you can't get to large ice before the other teams do, you steal bases and pick off stragglers. You can even play a hit and run strategy against really aggressive teams and manage to win. Thing is, none of these will guarantee you can win, and only by being ready to switch up tactics when your enemy does can you stay ahead.

Simply put, Shatter is Chess, but most people just want to play Checkers.

As an addendum, please consider these useful, Shatter-specific tips:

NINs truly shine as a "Scouting" job here. Make use of that.
There are MANY blind spots. Make use of that.
Casters do 50% less damage to ice, so at large ice spawns, have your casters cc/attack the enemy team
Fight all you want, but make sure you have an escape route to pull out if necessary, or when ice spawns.
Between each base and the middle is a choke point. Use that on both offense and defense when necessary.
Keep your map open and watch enemy movement. When you know where they are, you know where they aren't.
Play the objectives in Shatter. No seriously. Play Shatter. All your damage/kills mean nothing if you don't win.

I've lost a lot of matches because my group can't figure out that attacking the ice is important. Yes, killing people is fun. But, you know what else is fun? Winning.

Sometimes, focusing on ices can cost you the match as well.
