As a slight aside, as a community, we really have to stop this "Us vs. Them", Raiders vs. "Casuals" mentality. How about we try to come together and work together for once? I speak as someone who raids AND grinds out relic every patch. If anything, we ALL should be glad that there are multiple paths, and OPTIONS to get to end game gear levels.

I personally love it. But I've played games where it was a lot different. You either raided or you ran your head hard into a content and gear ceiling.
