Based on the pdf they're going to postpone all the major changes by an entire year.

It might not be a wise investment, certainly given the insubstantial amount of information we have to go off. We're not exactly well-informed about what's coming.

You don't have to pay for this either. You can choose not to pay for it, and not play it until release2.0. I don't understand why people are so upset about having the option to pay to continue playing.
