    My PC spec so far is...

    Intel Core i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30GHz
    6 GB RAM
    68 bit operating system
    Graphic card: Geforce GT 530

    seems the only thing lacking in minimum requirments for Stormblood is my Graphic card unless the current minimum requirement can be adjusted due to it been too early and yet to be tested.
