This is the Dev Blog about the MGP/Gold Saucer versions, with the relevant section stating:
If PvP really just isn't your cup of tea and you are still interested in this awesome looking equipment, you'll be able to purchase it from the Gold Saucer with MGP. However, this version of the equipment will not be dyeable.

There's not much point in trying to convince people who are adamantly against PVP to be otherwise. For god's sake, people didn't even want dueling added because the sight of it would "bother" some people. I'm not saying this to be a jerk, I'm just trying to point out that you will never get some people on pain of death/character deletion/nut punching to join a PVP mode, so there's no point in trying to cajole or insist someone try otherwise.
Glad to see something to spend my Wolf Marks on, though now I've gotta get back into my FL groove from where I've been out of it for so long. I hear Adders on Primal went to crap, too.

That's pretty rude that you'd make this assumption of people in this thread, including me, the OP.There's not much point in trying to convince people who are adamantly against PVP to be otherwise. I did not hate the addition of dueling despite never having done PvP content in my existance playing XIV. I would have rathered they make it an open world dueling system rather than just conformed to the Wolves' Den but eh, I take what is given.
As I've stated in the thread previously I do have plans to begin PvP and this event is what will push me into it. However there are those of us who have hoards of MGP still racking up in the millions with nothing to spend it on because guess what? We've already gotten everything that is currently offered in the Gold Saucer. I've also stated that while the gear won't be dyeable, I would still like to start out with a set of gear to go into PvP with rather than go into PvP and repeatedly be targeted and killed in an instant due to the fact I have no gear with morale on it thus far. Call me superstitious but I would like to have some survivability in the feast versus people who have been playing it since day 1.

While I do have interest in joining PvP and doing this for the mount Achievements. There is a reason I won't be doing it until the MGP vendor can be found or it is added. I don't really care if the armor is dyeable or not, however if I can get the armor first without spending wolf marks (which i'd like to use to purchase other things.) and then jump straight into the content with a title to earn points towards the mounts, that's A-Ok with me.
