    Yes, I've been all over Gold Saucer and have yet to find anyone that looks similar to the NPC in Wolve's Den.

    Got a source for that MGP dev remark? Because I've never seen anything to indicate the Garo gear is anything but PVP-exclusive.

    Because the NPC is probably a rare one with a 1% chance of spawn in PotD of course
