I guess you also want the sun to be blue and the moon to be yellow and grass to be pink in XIV.

If job AF gear remains locked to the jobs, you still have:

• All low level gear (<49)
• All dungeon gear (iLv55-100 from ARR, barring i90 myth), iLv120-145 from HW)
• All crafted gear (bar augmented AF)
• Darklight gear
• Soldiery gear
• Ironworks gear
• Allagan gear
• High Allagan gear
• Dreadwyrm gear
• Yasha/Asuran gear
• Shire gear
• Prototype and Gordian gear
• Prototype and Midan gear
• Prototype and Alexandrian gear
• PvP gear (ARR and HW)

And with all this stuff, on top of crafted Lv1 glamour and all the Gold Saucer gear, it's apparently still not enough.
