yes, because lying when asked such a direct question is so out of the question. Yoshi P wants an air of secrecy and speculation surrounding the tshirt, of course he is going to deny everything.


Also to the OP, this idea is about as probable as having the moon as the new housing area (wow... now I want the moon as the housing area).

I dont think SE will implement a completely new class into the game. I guess they want to add all "traditional"/typical Final Fantasy classes/jobs first.

Gunner/Corsair are common in other FF games. Nothing new here.

Only AST seems to be a completely new class here. But instead of 3 new classes/jobs (1 Heal, 1 Tank, 1 DD), we get 2 new classes/jobs (2 DDs?) now.

Imo all jobs are either old jobs with a new design or mixes of old jobs
AST can be considered as Time Mage (kind of skills, source of his powers "spectral/star magic/time manipulation")
MCH can be considered as Canonier or Ranger with extra gadgets
PLD is Knight with cross classed WHM skills in Heavensward PLD becomes a real PLD with his own white magic skills
MNK is MNK...nothing to say here
WAR is WAR with som Berserk flavoured skills
DRG is DRG...nothing special from old incarnations
NIN is a mix of THF and NIN from older incarnations
BRD is a Archer with songs and got some Ranger skills with Heavensward
BLM and WHM are mostly like their old incarnation
SCH got his balance between white magic and black magic aka balance between DPSing and healing but he changed his personal itembuff against the fairy
SMN got changed from using summons as one time casts to permasummon their pets and got the DoTing and stack burn mechanics.

So imo more than half of our jobs have a modified or mixed incarnation/interpretation in this game than their "classic" interpretation and just a few are more or less true to their "classic" interpretation.

tl;dr: From my PoV their are no "new" jobs in this game, just old ones mixed together or in a new coat and/or a new name
