Can Red Mage start at level 30?

I honestly think they should split the dif and have RDM start at 40, that still gives people 30 lvls to work with for Red Lore and all that, plus its not that far from the max level. I think starting at 40 would be a good compromise there.

You don't get more lore with more quests, you just get more filler. I remember a few job quests that dont give you anything and just send you out to kill X creature for practice
