You only get queues in DF though, which has always been cross-server^^ So nothing is going to change about that.
The new feature is cross-server PF. It only connects servers on the same datacenter though, so it is still going to be players in the same timezone as you.
Now the few with odd playtimes from all servers on your datacenter can band together, sure, but peak hours are not going to change, sorry.
