I love it frankly.
@Atoli
You can already filter by language in party finder though.

I'm kind of excited for it. Outside of raiding days (like today), I'm awake from roughly 9PM 'til 9AM my time and I'm on a server built for normal people. I'm far from it, so if I can potentially get queues for things that take 30 minutes to 2+ hours because it's 4AM, I'm a little happy for it.

You only get queues in DF though, which has always been cross-server^^ So nothing is going to change about that.I'm kind of excited for it. The new feature is cross-server PF. It only connects servers on the same datacenter though, so it is still going to be players in the same timezone as you.
Now the few with odd playtimes from all servers on your datacenter can band together, sure, but peak hours are not going to change, sorry.

I for one LOVE this. I personally get upset when I see someone leave to Balmung/Gilga as those 2 are vacuuming players up. This will probably do a lot to help solve that problem.

That I understand, however, on my datacenter, other servers are active well into the times my server is very much not (like Gilgemesh or Balmung- Cactuar's PF dropoff time is late midnight and doesn't pick back up until early afternoon the earliest). I will still be able to possibly join up with them and still get said queues.You only get queues in DF though, which has always been cross-server^^ So nothing is going to change about that.
