I'd like an actual futon with tabletop attribute someday, but for now it's possible to make your own pseudo-futon by clipping a bed into Round Oriental Table:

Yes I did see this when surfing the web a short time ago. You know what's really crazy is that the person who I saw do this actually created a whole flooring with those tables! it was pretty awesome I have to admit! Only problem is that I didn't see that till after I did my room and I am reluctant to redo the whole room for that... and only using a piece wont quite work for my layout. But still brainstorming!
