Housing Ideas and Feature Requests

Another good idea would be if there's an FC and a leader or a high ranking member has a house, they can have the option of opening it up in an FC-Like environment or a "safe house" if you will that gives them the same perks and benefits and FC house can offer. Something like this would solve a LOT of issues for wayward FCs that otherwise cannot find or afford their own housing. I want to be able to share my house with my friends and small FC to the best of its ability.

I didn't bother to read through the 800 posts, but something I'd like to see is signs people can post on stands or on walls with personalized message's, like if you wanted to name a room something specific, like maybe a meeting room, or "Layer of Supreme Control" for an FC leader who made a room their personal office o.oP ofcourse I mean non-private rooms, but then they could be used in private rooms too

I was disappointed to see they didn't increase the item limit for mansions (both interior and exterior) in the expansion

I think they will do this with introduction of EU servers, which should happen somewhere in 2015 Q4.

So, I went into the Inn room in Ishgard and... It's a dump... I wonder if we could get a quest in which we offer to spruce up the room, effectively giving everyone their own room, hint hint.

Also, Triple Triad in house is great. One problem though, you automatically stand up to play it... Could that perhaps be changed to detect whether you're seated or not? If you're not seated, same as it currently is, if you are seated, you play seated round a table like I intended to, before being forced up and playing a whole game standing IN a chair... That was odd...

I would like to see some rugs (and possibly interior walls but that adds complications given how they work) that are dyable. They can be fairly simple patterns; right now all the rugs have complex patterns like Persian rugs that aren't well suited to dye and very limited in color options.

(I'd like a similar thing for Chocobo barding too - all the fancy bardings are cool but I keep not using most of them because I want something more like the plain default reins you see when no barding is equiped. The grand company half-barding is the next closest but I don't use the body piece because it restricts the wings.)

I think the wing restriction thing has changed now since flying is coming in. Now the pieces are connected to the wings so your Chocobo can flap freely. I haven't tested it yet personally but I know I read it and I've seen a few people with the GC barding that can move their wings now.

Dear Square Enix, why I cant make FC house from my personal house?
I own mid house and entered to really small FC which dont have house. So I wanted make my house for all of us but I cant. It is bad that player must demolish house and buy plot again...
