    Scott is entitled to his opinion, but he can turn chat off already if he doesn't want to listen to chat. It would be a hindrance to his team, but at least other people would be able to chat.

    In WoW, people just went to extremes to harass people. They would create alts and send tells to the person after a match. This isn't stopping harassment, it is just crippling a community that already has it rough.
