i am not mass pull tank

Well, this is enlightening.

I am a pretty new tank. Well, new player in general. I went 34 Gladiator > 15 Pugilist > Marauder/Warrior (Now 41). I did not know how frustrating this was for
DPS/Healers.

My question is, though: If my gear isn't really up to par with the dungeons I'm tanking, what should I do? Do I mass pull and risk death, or should I pull in small
packs?

Also, how do I gear up if I'm not wanted? I assume I won't be wanted because of the small packs I have to pull. Will I be kicked for tanking like this?

The game's to blame really. Tanks are punished much more heavily while levelling for gear being outdated than other roles. You might as well consider this a game in which you should not start off as a tank.
