Does WHM deserve a buff to MP restoration?

IMO Fluid Aura should give 10% of total mana back. It's on a 30s CD so it can't be abused.

And every other Job in the game cries tears of frustration as casual dungeon mobs fly indiscriminately across the screen, because "It gives me MP now, so I gots to use it on CD!!"
