Does WHM deserve a buff to MP restoration?

I'm assuming they mean the Enhanced Medica trait. They may have just made a mistake in thinking it gave a free cast, rather than a 50% reduction.

Judging from their posts, they seem to not really know much about the healers anyway. They want to nerf Nocturnal's MP of all things.
