As for its comparator, AST, we still have the obvious oversight of the mana cost reduction only being necessary for Diurnal Sect, for which the cast rate is proportionately raised, and yet is applied to both. It should be a component of Diurnal Sect itself.
Am I missing something here? Where's the free medica come from?
