Every post you make at this point just makes my head hurt because of your utter nonesense.Let me tell you about the "logisitics" of SDKs - They all have a hide option that is tied to a "Shift+F12" by default that is STANDARD on any and all SDKs - FFXIVs SDK is no different so the only work that would ever go into a "hide character model" feature is the UI work neccesary to allow us to utilize it - The script is already there and utilizes a command unknown to us AT THIS TIME - So the logistical side is a non factor - as for the ethical excuse - people should have thought about that before they even started acting or dressing in a manor that offends people of different beliefs and opinions. Most of the time - we'll eat that 30 mins if we run across someone that we simply do not want anything to do with (which we don't usually have to because folks always fill in house)
Nice try tho - The hide player character model is already STANDARD in the SDK, with enough support, would be very simple to implement =)
Trying - Not really, the development team is seeing this thread which includes my suggestions and concerns so my mission is complete - you on the other hand might need to go out and get some air for that headache (^-^)
I can assure you if the development team is looking at this thread they are probably dying of laughter and how silly most of what you said here is, Do not kid your self. Nothing you "suggested" is even remotely worth taking into considiration, because it's a joke.
Look, i'm not going through this with you again. But that was funny to read. so thank you.
Kinda funny - because the conversations I've had not only with several GMs but the developers themselves @ GDC (well, some of them) makes me believe that they're quite receptive to my suggestions - Your mental ineptitude is showing, they are a "middle of the road" mentality in that studio and will try to meet everyone at the middle.I can assure you if the development team is looking at this thread they are probably dying of laughter and how silly most of what you said here is, Do not kid your self. Okay I have an idea.. How about weight sliders? Yes? No? I was just thinking about we all mainly look the same besides hair, faces and height..I know they have the muscle tone slider but still..
Opinions?
Wouldn't weight sliders be similar to just proportion sliders as well? Thicker legs and torso's would pretty much give more more weight naturally.
Would make sense. According to lore in one of the Xaela tribes it is considered sexy to have a huge bloated belly. Yet you can't make a fat character. In fact the only game that allows creating a fat character is Sims.
