It would be nice if we could mount up while in dungeons, as well as receive/send tells during duty. I also think it would be quite interesting to access the Company Profile inside duty as well. For many reasons this would help a ton.

This has been asked for, for a very long time. Yoshi has said it is physically impossible to do these things due to the nature of how duty finder works. When you que, and get into a duty, it moves your character to a different server, and this is what makes receiving tells not work. FC and linkshells are not under this constriction, as can be seen in the Datacenter room for Triple triad and any of the other dutys you do on a daily basis. I hope this helps.
