Ifrit reward system seriously needs tweaking

The system isn't an ideal solution, and that's pretty much for sure, but it's much less shameful than the many here that can't express criticism without resorting to insults and rather unsightly personal attacks towards the dev team.

Some people seriously have no shame, and should learn how to communicate without seething hostility and the massive use of hyperbole before learning to play an online game. In the meanwhile, they should be barred from owning a modem. It would sensibly reduce the pollution of the internet.
