I feel I'm not making myself clear. It is fine if you find value in it. It is fine if you have the funds and want to pay for it.
But the point I am trying to make is: the only reason you are being charged for it at all is because you allow them to do so, and we all end up having to pay for it. It's taking advantage of you to take advantage of everyone, and if it wasn't allowed in the first place, you would be 30 bucks richer and still have the information they tried to keep behind the paper napkin that is a password protected streaming site.
The only reason I regret buying it is because I do not have the yuna outfit now. I feel mislead.

They are under no obligation to stream the event at all. Its something they did to allow people who couldn't get to the Fanfest to watch the panels. Lets not start to get carried away about what we deserve for our pretty small fee of $15 a month.I feel I'm not making myself clear. It is fine if you find value in it. It is fine if you have the funds and want to pay for it.

Lets also not forget that any revenue raised from things like this and the cash shop benefit us as players. The substancial server upgrades that we are getting in 4.0 will be due to the additional revenue raised from things like the cash shop. Same with the EU servers.
Your still getting it. Its just not going to be yet. Think of it this way. If Las Vegas was the last Fanfest would you be ok with Japan and Europe getting the glamour almost 6 months a head of you? That is probably the logic behind it. Everyone gets it at the same time to be fair.
It costs SE a lot of money to run those fan fests they need to charge something to make up for all the money they spend flying out all their staff creating an event renting out the hotel ect.I feel I'm not making myself clear. That usually included in the price of ticket for people that actually attend the fan fest, the stream for most part just extra money for them.
Last Fanfest it was the same you had to wait for the outfit. The page brought up when you go to purchase the stream specifically said the outfit would be delivered after all fanfests have occurred. There were things wrong with the stream/purchase but clarity on that issue isn't one of them.
What I have to say is... man... it only cost me $30 to watch the stream. If only I could have actually attended the Fest live for $30, and not the somewhere over $1k it would have cost me for the ticket, flight and hotel.
The argument that the stream isn't worth it because it was 'rebroadcast' is shoddy at best, because it relies on people being dishonest and breaching an actual contract that was made when they bought the stream (yes, the agreement when you purchase the ticket not to re-stream it is a contract that can result in lawsuits and damages). Being the person who watches that broadcast is basically watching stolen goods, just like watching a streamed newly released in theater movie is. Personally, I would much rather pay the $30, get my access to the content and enjoy it, but everyone has their own outlook on these things.
As for supporting the company, yes... implicitly by buying a stream ticket you are giving money to the company that is providing you with the content you want. This gives them profits which they can use to continue the company's operations and continue to make the content you want. News flash... That is how economics works. If you don't care about the content, don't buy it. It's a concept known as 'voting with your wallet', and it is a very valid concept. If you attain the content through any other means than what the company provides, you are committing piracy and theft, plain and simple. Note, this is regardless of the minion or outfit... they were selling the stream with the stipulation that this is the only way you should access it, if you accessed it any other way you stole from the company you claim to support.

It was totally worth $30. To be honest, if it was just information it wouldn't have been worth that as that cost, but thanks to all the entertainment such as the concerts it was by far worth the price to me.
