From all these tech troubles and from other news I have read the stream seemed pretty lackluster glad I didn't spend the $30 on it. Yea I know came with outfit and minion also but still overpriced.

Last years did have Twitch, but I think certain conditions either prevented or just made Twitch seem like a less-attractive option. The first I'm not 100% on but being their new archive policies, which I THINK weren't in place come last year's fest. In which case they really cut down on the archive and unless you're partnered with twitch, you're only allotted like... a couple months before streams get dumped? Another being Twitch's servers can be a bitchy lot sometimes. They act up during some odd times depending on your zones. That's about allI can think of why they wouldn't use the same service as before. May be some other issues as well, though.Yes, please stick to Twitch in the future! There is a subscription service available to set up paid content. This new service required very personal information to log in and the end product has been inaccessible. We paid a lot of money for it and got almost nothing out of it.
I didn't have time to watch it live so I thought I could watch the archive but day 2 is unplayable and I really wanted to watch the primal concert /cry
Day 2 is a no load for me as well. I just wanted to go through the Lore Panel again...
Day 2 also not working for me.
Yeah quite a bad service. SE should fire them.
Same here with the day 2 not loading properly, wanted to see the 2 concerts with my girlfriend today ._.
I can't access day 2 either. It just won't load. Here's hoping someone from the community team addresses this.
Hitbox would have been a possible option. Or an even better option, YouTube. They own all the rights to that stuff, I'm sure YouTube would be fine with that.Last years did have Twitch, but I think certain conditions either prevented or just made Twitch seem like a less-attractive option. White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
I enjoyed the actual content that was streamed, the service itself has multiple problems that need get fixed.
- Stream resolution, the max resolution of 720p is not good enough, the live letter stream was much better on twitch and paid stream should be at least the same quality if not better.
- Archived footage where you have to go skip through multiple parts just to reach day 2 content? This is so mind boggling considering it would take so little to add a dropdown menu with all the parts.
- If you cut the stream into multiple parts, the cuts should make sense. Having to skip to another part in mid sentence just makes no sense.
- So many people cannot access day2 part of the archived stream and such problems should have been fixed already.
- Cleeng should hire a UX professional to design overhaul of their entire service.
I don't know why SE chose Cleeng, but I hope they either demand that all these problems are fixed for the following fan fests or use different service provider.
