My biggest complaint was the shakiness of the camera work. At times I was feeling nauseous due to the instability.. honestly... Tripods use them, or use better ones.

to be fair, that much is beyond the control of cleeng. the availability/accessibility of the archived streams however..
Now that I look at it, it's lazy on Cleeng's part the way they do it. They clearly have the videos split into different parts yet they don't want to take the effort to have an option to choose what you want. That just seems real odd to me, I don't think it would be that hard to actually have an archive list you would find on youtube and twitch to pick the exact part you would like to see.

Just so you guys know, the actual streaming is done through Ustream which is then embedded into the Cleeng page. Cleeng is basically just for DRM and isn't really involved in the stream itself.
Even when I open the actual Ustream embed URL and skip through day 1 to get to day 2 (which I still have to do, so maybe that's also out of Cleeng's control), day 2 still doesn't play.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I also didn't like Cleeng. The content of Fanfest was amazing, a $30 well spent, but the way the footage is archived is a mess. The only pro was that I had no trouble getting high quality streaming even on my terribad computer.
But the way I have to access past footage is terrible, Day 2 footage requires me skipping to the end of every video, watching the last bits so the video can automatically just move to the next. THEN, as it stands currently, Day 2 footage doesn't even load, and upon refreshing the page I'm sent back to the Day 1 Part 1 video and have the start the process over again.
Also I wish I could have more sizing options when viewing the live stream and video. Twitch's video sizing options are more of what I'd like to see (not that they need to use Twitch, but something with more similar options).
I WILL say tho that the start of the stream password lockout was annoying but handled really quickly, so kudos on that fast fix!
Yes, please stick to Twitch in the future! There is a subscription service available to set up paid content. This new service required very personal information to log in and the end product has been inaccessible. We paid a lot of money for it and got almost nothing out of it.

Thats where I am as well, I spent $45 (CDN) on a stream that never worked at all. Their system tells me that I do not have a ticket, on friday night their support told me they are looking into it. I have not heard back yet which is awesome since, fanfest is over.
They did say that I will get to watch the archive version (assuming they get it working at some point) but really what's the point when I had to read everything on reddit anyway. The concerts will be fun the watch but really I missed the meat of the stream.
I purchased the ticket as a last minute thing, and it emailed me the minion code, and a receipt. However when I tried to login it told me that I was not a registered ticket holder so I checked my cleeng account and sure enough it's there; Unlimited Accesss purchased October 14th for Day 1-2 Fanfest full access and a nice $40 and change CAD on my credit card.
So I'll submit a ticket - their site says support for live events tries to respond within 15 minutes. I got a response an hour or so later asking me to try now. Sure enough it still didn't work. I haven't heard back from them and no VOD, live stream or anything. I submitted 2 more tickets and an email, no response. However an agent was kind enough to MERGE my tickets but not respond to my issues.
So my final response was to demand refund - however I truly hope you do not use them again and just work with Twitch or something SE. I've basically paid $40 for a minion and to watch twitter and reddit for all the news.
Has anyone been able to watch the day two archive at all? After skipping through all the other chunks (a shitty user experience in itself), the day two stuff just doesn't play..

I'm trying to rewatch the footage. It keeps buffering and goes to gray when I try to go full screen. I have a great PC so this isn't my computer. I can't skip through the footage or it goes back into the strange buffering loop. No other streaming service I use gives me these issues. Blech.
