Cleeng stream service is god awful

Please SE switch back to Twitch for the remaining 2 fanfest streams.

I bought both Steams the 2014 fanfest and this 2016 one. So far I got to say that Twitch offers much better experience.

SE if you are reading this I would partner with Twitch for offering your paid stream.
1. Twitch has better video quality, Cleeng video quality is pretty low 720 but it seemed more like SD because their servers couldn't handle the load most of the time.
2. Twitch has a chat and you can get custom emotes.
3. Video on Demand is so much better on twitch. There is no good way on Cleeng to go back and watch archived footage. You have to go to the end of each segment and wait for it to load which doesn't always work.

The stream went into buffer mode for me right when they were doing the Ozma Savage tease.

Cleeng is pretty awful. I definitely didn't pay 30$ for this stream, I paid 30$ for a minion and a costume. The twitch stream was leaps and bounds better than using Cleeng was, and that was even cheaper. Easier to navigate to the specific parts you wanted to watch, too. I missed the Primals concert, and that part of the stream won't even load yet.

Stream ended up deciding it needed to buffer in the middle of the piano concert too, specifically when Susan started singing Answers. Fun times.

Just adding my voice to the rest of us that are unable to get day two playing.

I enjoyed day one, but being unable to watch day two is disappointing.

I have to agree with many others and also someone that experienced the 2014 stream.

- A 720p stream that buffered randomly is unacceptable from a modern streaming company.
- Archived footage not selectable and having to seek past parts to advance is pretty outdated for 2016.
- Day 2 coverage broken and all coverage not available immediately following the event is unacceptable.

In short, Cleeng was horrible and far below the standards out there from their direct competitors.

Same thing as all the rest, Day II - part One will not load no matter how hard I try, if you try to click the timebar it just sets you back to 0:00 so you can't even try to load part Two. Wasn't a fan of not being able to Pause and resume freely while the stream was going, that I can live with, things being skipped by random buffering was annoying but that and 720p I can live with. Would love to actually see the day I missed most of though :< definitely sub-par for the paid stream, especially for being more expensive than the previous ones with lesser Quality and QoL overall

It is truly awful. I had to miss the Primals concert and thought it would be no big deal but who knows if I will ever even be able to watch the stream that I PAID for. The quality and service is SO below the bar that I wouldn't be surprised if we are never even able to watch Day 2. SE really needs to address this.

I was going to get it because I really want to watch the Lore Panel and get the minion and outfit, but... If I can't even access Day 2 content which has the content I most want to see, there doesn't seem a point... I can live without Rikku, Lulu and Yuna are the minions I wanted more anyway... And if I only get 2 streams, I won't have to worry about having 4 tokens I won't know what to do with.

I can forgive the freezes I got while watching live, though didn't have that problem on twitch two years ago, I can even deal with having to pull the slider all the way through the video to skip it (this is extremely stupid though), but when I get to day two, half of which I haven't seen because I was at work and can't watch the archive that I have paid for, that is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. I paid for live access and for the ability to watch archives for a year, not being able to watch live, that is on me, but I have not been given what I paid for in the form of archives and Cleeng hasn't responded to my ticket, if something isn't done soon, might have to go after a refund.
