STORMBLOOD: Open World PvP

Basically, during the live Q&A segment, a player asked Yoshi-P whether we could have open world pvp or not.
Summed up, his answer was that he is not against something like that, but many in the playerbase might not want it,
so we as players should give feedback for the next few months wether we'd like that or not.
But he can say for sure that (even if we want it) it won't be ready at the start of Stormblood.
Also, not all servers would be PvP servers.

So with that, here is my feedback:
keep that PvP sh*t out of my regular gameplay please
It being limited to a designated area that I can avoid is the absolutely perfect solution and I see no need for that to change.
I don't want my server to turn into a PvP server, and if the PvP servers were new servers, they'd just be a waste of our sub money.

I have played open world PvP before, and it was never an enjoyable experience.

Yeah okay you didn't have to come here and bash on pvp just to waste a post on this thread. Keep your PvE opinions in those sections. If you haven't noticed the large number of pvpers that have moved to ragnarok I suggest you stop living under a rock. I'd be happy if this server was turned into a pvp server. If you don't want to witness duels in public areas I suggest you sit in your pve fc house on your pve mount all day.

Lol, even if this is the PvP section of the forum, it is a question that Yoshi asked ALL players, not just those that are in favour of PvP.
So no, this post is not wasted, it shares an opinion that is just as legitimate as yours

First off, absolutely nowhere does it state that open world pvp will just mean "dueling is possible everywhere", that's just an assumption someone made based on them thinking that SE would be too lazy to go all in on the concept.
Second, if you haven't noticed that Ragnarok is the largest server on the EU datacenter and therefore we have TONS of players of ALL kinds of playstyles (and a way bigger amount of PvE players than PvP players, nonetheless), I can come visit your house under the same rock that you appearently also live under, Mr. Neighbour
