I think it might be dancer, and the reason to why it's so similar to monk and at the same time it isn't, it's because in this game dancer won't be a "female-only" job anymore, like on other FF titles. They need to create something that doesn't look weird or stupid on the opposite gender of the same job, but at the same time give it an identity. I have no idea of how a Dancer job would look like on male characters since it's something completely new to the FF fanchise, and I really hope SE doesn't make dancer the first gender-locked job of the game. Maybe in the full trailer we'll see more fancy dancey moves, and it's also worth mentioning that the hand she's using for punches in the trailer is not the same with the blade hidden, so there's also the possibility that yes, she's being a monk, but in the moment she "switches" styles to use her blade for fighting she goes into dancer job. If it's really Yda it might be a nice way to show her transition since she's been a monk ever since, but we know nothing about her, so maybe her "monk" fighting style is just something she had to develop herself to cover up the dancer moves in combat to preserve her identity.

Y'shtola is not a normal conjurer, Alphinaud is not a normal arcanist and don't even get me started on Alisaie. If Alisaie really is a Red Mage I doubt we will learn how to use the job through Arcanist grimoires. SE likes to give different abilities to major NPCs to create a sense of uniqueness, so the fact that "Yda" might be using her dancer moveset on a certain way doesn't translate into "the warrior of light will use the moveset on the same way". I think the whole idea of the Warrior of Light and jobs is to explain how we can achieve what no other NPCs can. And the fact that my White Mage is different than Y'shtola only means we have a certain uniqueness capable of changing the way out aether manifests itself.

In the end it might not be dancer on the trailer, or it might be a transitioning between two jobs, or even something else, but the fact they "never did it before on trailers" doesn't mean there's no room for doing it for the first time. Not showing a new job on a trailer or hinting/teasing it is not a rule. This is something we as the community started to believe just because they didn't. And the reason to why they didn't isn't because they can't, it's because they didn't wanted to. But time goes by, things change, and just like every other trailer and game in the market not every trailer or teaser will follow the same concept for years and years.
