Again, but NO to a parser where you can come up to said person and stress out how much of a noob they are and vote dismissing them.

Those already exist.

Adding a parser doesn't remove that from the terms of service. Sure it adds a "requirement"; a counterargument to that would be "Why don't we remove bonuses, as they are a requirement many people like and will kick over"?
