"An option to turn on sharing the meter information with other players in the same group. This option should be disabled by default."

Problem with this is people will require that you have it on share in PF/RF and will kick you otherwise.

How is that different than people using the third party client? The only difference I see is that the current system allows them to use it, when breaking ToS, without your knowledge. With something in game you can choose to either group with them or not based on that information up front.
