People like graphics, people like options, there's no need to argue against this.

Nobody is arguing this. What's debatable is whether its a smart business decision to pour so much money into the graphics side of the game, and from their mistake in 1.0, I don't think it would be remiss of me thinking they don't think so.

People going to the newest directx is wholly different from dropping a couple hundred dollars into improving their machine.
