Does anyone know yet if the items are account-wide, or will they only go to one character on the entire account?

Good question... and I don't think we actually know. I'd like to believe it's account wide since it says about can only redeem one Las Vegas code per service account so that'd make sense... but that's not a guarantee. Most (all?) item codes you type in are account wide, but again, also not a guarantee.
