Apartments

I'm happy that I can finally get a 1/3 of the housing feature, but what about farming and exploration with our built airships? Would be cool if they added 1 Airship for everyone to use/contribute too in the apartment complex. Some sort of community farming feature that everyone can use at the apartment would be nice too. A small indoor farming would work too, just enough space to make those house owners only minions. It would be way better than that aquarium thing which isn't a game play mechanic, but just more decoration.

Appartments should in no way have better features than personal houses considering an Appartment cost a fourth of a small plot ( excluding the additional 400k construction permit ). If there is to be a personal airship feature it should be limited to houses.
