Not having to maintain a chocobo stable will be nice* and I can get rid of the one on my FC lawn to put roof access back in, because item limit. Yay.

*Unconfirmed, just a hopeful Lalafell. Roof access will still be worth it.

but we will need to pay a rent + cleaning staff. It is just natural otherwise, the owner of the apartment will be bankruptcy !

well in the ( believe it was a LL) they said everyone shares the stables in one spot and random players can even feed your chocobo if they want (i can't 100% confirm this) so i would think if 90 people were in the apartments everyone would equally be able to clean the stables sorta like a good will things (i personally would kinda hope not but it would be interesting to see) a set group can rotate who cleans it this time or something silly xD idk.

my question is how big are the apartment rooms? if there the same size as fc rooms whats the point for apartments if you already in a fc with a house?

everyone has their reasons mine is because i want one so i am getting one xD

That's an easy answer! Due to the way that SE has setup FC permissions owning an FC room is highly dangerous. You can rent an FC room and then the FC can lock you out of the FC house. At this point you cannot enter your rented room. This also means you are unable to transfer servers if you wanted to, because that requires for you to demolish your FC room. That is why I will never own an FC room until that loophole/exploit is corrected.

I was looking forward to these apartments as I was unable to afford a house when they released more a few months ago. My only complaint now is that we are unable to share access with anyone. I was going to share an apartment with a friend but it doesn't look like I can do that now.

To the best of my knowledge that is actually fixed now (and has been for quite a while). When you go to leave an FC it should let you demolish the room without actually having to do it yourself. At least that's how I understand it.

Immersion, its what us rich players do (im not a crafter or gatherer I just farm primal drops) Just like how rich ppl own multiple houses in different states. I live in goblet, in a cozy medium house. Im going to get a apartment in the mist so I have a nice vacation home. Or I might set it up to be my raid/static office. Since my raid team is separate from my fc.

except of cross breeding, gardening in a room is already possible. And the apartment houses will have a stable to coloring the Chocobos.
