Many hope though that the moving feature we'll get somewhere between 3.4 and 4.0 will be fairly similar (although ofc depending on there being free plots somewhere).
As in, you pick a place you want to move to and can get right over without the trouble of having to relinquish the old plot and buying a new one.

I don't believe they've mentioned a time period for the moving feature, only that they'd be looking at some time after apartments went in. That gives them a mere eternity after 3.4 hits to implement it.
