Additional penalties for mentors insta-leaving dungeons?

It might not be so bad if weeping city wasnt ruining mentor roulette for dps who want to queue inprogress as one part of the issue. I cant help those who need my assistance or fear the weeping city will grab hold of me.

And as a mentor I will admit, if I happen to only have 20 mins of play time left and queue up and get a dungeon instead of a primal/guildhest I will apologies before I leave, I simply dont have the time to stick all the way through before I head to work but I do try to help as many roulettes as I enter.

SE fixing their inprogress taking priority over fresh dungeons is one way it can start getting better. I blame the system for not being able to replenish those missing members.

But on the topic for more penalties I dont think mentors deserve them if they leave. I think the mentor system itself needs adjusted to get rid of the fake mentors. The mentors who are in it just for the crown, the ones who have no idea how to play their classes effectively, the ones who want to feel superior without earning the right to be. Honestly i would love for a test to be placed over mentors by GMs or respected mentors to determing wither or not individuals are worthy of the crown.

At the moment the crown is fools gold earned by those with enough play time but I would love to turn it into real gold by earning the right. I want it to mean something, a symbol that people can look in awe at. Not once have I ever had someone ask me a question directly about a issue they have due to the mistrust/dime a dozen mentors. You cant blame all mentors cause some out there are good but most don't care.
