Samurai and Ala Migho

I also believe if people are so tied to jobs needing to be tied to their city state, Samurai's could be a Gyr Abania elite soldier, a bit like how PLD like you mentioned is basically an elite Ul'dah guard. (?) Although no one has agreed with me on that point D: Because NIN and SAM need to be tied together I guess.

Well the only Samurai in game are the ones in the Heavensturn event. They are from the far east. According to Yoshie-P, Othard is the far east on Hydaelin. So yeah Samurai are definitely from Othard.

Could very well be a Otharian/Doman trainer who end up on Gyr Arbaria, Mor dhona, etc and wants to teach the samurai skills. If ends to be on one of the new areas of the exansion, could be anything. Most likely perhaps beacuse he wants to help the resistance and doesnt want to see the ala mhigans suffer the same consecuences Doma did? Who knows...

And Princess Yuki after them. But there is no freakin way the Samurai won't be from Othard. The trainer can be in the freakin Gold Saucer for all I care but it will not be some Ala Mhigan moron.

Dont try to have high expectations for something that may not be seeing in a very long time, like in orther threads were people tend to hold to their Viera theories despite all evidence is agaisnt it LoL.
