I had a funny experience where a healer tried to cleanse my darkside buff thinking it was a debuff until i asked why they tried to keep cleansing it and they learned a new thing as "Darkside" is part of tanking skills.

Really unrelated but back when i was new, i actually thought that bard's flaming arrow was a foe's aoe and kept avoiding it, hence running away from the boss as a melee..

Unfortunately, this is all too common.
I originally thought the Ninja's Doton was a mob's AoE and tried to avoid it. Then I played ninja and realized how silly I was.

And I realized how important it is for me to get every job to 60. Still working on it.

But I often have tanks who do not know what Doton is, and will move mobs out of it, right after I place it down.
Although I rarely do use it, it pains me when the tank moves all the mobs out of it.

Even worse, I've had tanks AND DPS run out of Asylum when I place it down. I don't know how they could mistake it for a boss's AoE, but okay...

I think the problem is more the fact that melee DPS are trying to push as much DPS as possible, and... hey, would you look at that, this oGCD stun move has damage on it! Let's use it whenever it's off cooldown! What's that? We need to be able to stun certain moves? BUT MUH DEEPS!

In all seriousness, I see far too many melee DPS spamming their stuns on cooldown to try and maximize damage, on enemies that really should only be stunned at certain times. Heck, even WAR and DRK are guilty of it at times.

I see this, but with MCh and WHM knocking mobs away from tank and melees. Asking them to stop never helps.

Running Castrum Meridianum yesterday for my story roulette.

The AST yelled at me because i was in cleric stance as a SCH on the last pull of trash mobs.
Everyone died and this AST blamed me, like it's my fault if the dps don't dodge the AOE and can't avoid avoidable damages.
Funny to see that the AST was his first healer lvl 50+ and he wasn't able to solo heal something he should be solohealing and blaming me for the wipe.

People really leave that dungeon? I love getting that dungeon, its easy and not like it takes very long to finish anyway. Its a lot of eso tomes.

People are just tired of it. I get it nearly every time I do the roulette and, while I like it, I do get tired of running it. I was just surprised that it was the dps that left because they have such long queue times.

A few days ago, I ve joined Weeping City as Paladin and defeated the last boss easiely.

Then, this one item (I want that pretty tank chest so badly since Weeping City came out) finally appears! YAAAAY!

Because I m the only tank, its garanteed loot for me, so I just started to pass on anything else. Cards, crafting stuff, pet, healer robe and TANK CHEST...

I don't know if you're having a hard time understanding them here. They're talking about reading buffs and debuffs. The ninja wasn't even in the Titan party. In fact, it's two different people talking.

I get that you're trying too hard to be offensive because someone touched a nerve, but it works far better when you understand what's being said.

I did read that she said they didnt remove the debuff I think that was pretty clear to me ...yes ? that is her complain, the *read the debuff* came afterwards and STILL doesnt mean it CAN be removed.yeah I read it right

As AST he have more than enough power to handle MSQ 50 dungeon

And the healer is not here as safety for dps to eat all aoe
Beside at this level
EoS is the strongest healing power so no need to remove cleric

Sadly, this happens, since people don't bother learning about the other classes in the game. Sure, one can just play one's main only forever, but since it's a cooperative game, I would strongly advice at least looking up what the others can do. I am actually working on a visual guide to help with that, will have to get back on it.

Who does that? Really? Do people really use their stuns as part of a rotation? I'm sincerely curious about that?

I actually do use Steel Peak and Shoulder Tackle in my rotation, circumstances permitting (Of course, as I'm doing savage, I really need to push out every single point of dps I can. Otherwise, I don't bother Stelpeaking things for dps all the time.). If there's something that needs to be stunned, of course I'll hold off. Or if I need ST to move around in the fight. Let's say, when I'm beating up Nidhogg I can just use SP on cooldown, and when reaching the add phase save my ST for when I need to move from one mob to the other.
But since there is quite a number of mobs in different things that have something to stun I basically have to remind myself TO use it when I can... Just ends up sitting off cooldown pretty often :/

I do, however, share your frustration with people who keep doing it when the stun is actually needed. In something like a 24-man raid this can get ridiculous, as some things will have stun resist in 5 seconds flat :P
