The ones being childish are demanding things or trying to have things change for no other reason then they WANT it.

This is a bad argument because it works in reverse. You want things to remain exclusive because you prefer it that way. Therefore, calling someone childish for expressing their preference is hypocritical regardless of your disagreement. Let's be honest, whether we ask for changes or encourage things remain the same, we're doing so because it expressly appeals to our own individual interests. And that's fine. I want to stress that. But own it.
