I must confess that I don't like to change my skills for crafting durab 35 or 70 items and i love manipulation.
That is the reason why I use this Rota for 3* items.

I know you LOVE Manipulation but you may prefer the below rotation instead as "Piece by Piece" is a 90% success rate so they could fail in your rotation. Also the below macro has a higher chance to hq. I guess it depends if you have the required cross class skills too.
