Difficulty format for Normal and Savage will remain in 4.0

Yeah you should just be able to put a half-assed effort in fighting the toughest bosses who want to destroy the world and defeat them easily to see the story unveil.

As for my thoughts on the topic. I don't raid (don't have time to/no interest). But even if I did I wouldn't agree with locking story behind raiding. Plus, as people have mentioned, you could just watch a video of the entire story if you really didn't want to bother with the content so how is that even really a "reward"? What they need to do is give proper incentive for Savage, plain and simple, but if they plan to do so it won't be before 4.0.
