    They should add a little interactionw here you can help thoose people,it gives nothing as reward,but just to help them.

    That'd be pretty cool, actually. Add a "Press X to save!" icon when you're near one of these guys, and you haul them up. Eventually, they'll be dangling again, but eh, it's an MMO, it's to be expected.

    Maybe you could get an achievement and a title for rescuing 100 of them. XD
