As much as i tend to not help for adds (only killing) as Blmi cannot afford in opener to run our of leyline and push them
So I expect the heal and tank to do so.

However if i happend to end my enochian and in ice rotation and they struggle for adds i will gladly help

I beg the differ, every time I am on my blm doing adds isn't a problem. I've encountered multiple runs where blm's think that they can not afford doing simple mechanics because of their leylines. Here's how I see it, when I am on my main, and see that you're not doing adds, I take a good look at my parser. I'll not say a word if you're reaching the numbers you're supposed to reach, but if people and that's mostly the case in DF are way under their numbers, then there's no reason not to do the adds no matter what class you're playing.

After that I mostly kick the blm for their ignorance since I feel that if they can't be bothered as your answer above states, I can't be bothered to run with people that half ass their job and then sit there, finding excuses why they didn't do the adds. Leyline in your case... dumbest thing I've ever heard, you know where the adds spawn, position yourself that you can do both.

No I don't but if some blm decides that they can't be bothered to do adds in a regular dungeon, than yes I will go that route. 1 point off the numbers you should be pulling, 1 miss, 1 none crit, spamming fire 1 instead of IV and you're out. People pretend to be assholes I am actually one. I don't take excuses from blms not wanting to do the adds but yet can't get us through phases of the bosses either because their dmg sucks. I know you don't like it, but I don't like people being kicked for no reason and then some people coming here and saying "well I can't do adds because I play blm". Get over yourself and play something else.

You are looking at it the wrong way.

Without the parser everyone who doesn't do mechanics gets kicked.

With the parser Luna is willing to ignore this if the players are doing good enough dps.

So Luna is actually just pretending to be the A-hole and the parser is saving people from kicks instead of causing them.

I could do the same thing by looking at their rotations, given that I also play the job, and if I've had at least the observed player's rate of burning down mobs, percent enmity within a given raid dps (so, chunk of that damage dealt), and completion of mechanics by which to have a basis for thinking that my judgement is valid. As a tank or another dps, it's very easy to tell if someone isn't doing what their health pool (ilvl unless vit-acc'ed) says they ought to be. If they're failing to hold up their share, they become a candidate, in my mind, for a kick. That said, I'm very, very unlikely to kick someone just for low output as long as (1) they're willing to take and use advice and (2) we can still clear eventually.

All the parser does is make performance apparent to people not experienced with the job being observed, so that far fewer people are making baseless assumptions (which can still get people kicked just as easily, though less fairly). If one's looking only at the numbers, and not how the lower-performing player is doing all the mechanics, carrying the higher-output player, then you have an issue similar to the narrow-minded "that's not my role" complaints or the like (most often given by those without parsers, or parsing only themselves instead of looking at how they can most boost raid damage as a whole).

Or people could take the criticism and learn to play their class properly, this mentality of "I play how I want" is why they are making classes easier in 4.0.

Parsers can be great tools, but I'm going to let you know right now, that if you kick people, and somebody decides to report you, you could be banned for votekick abuse. Just because someone isn't preforming as well as they could and is legitemtly trying, doesn't mean they deserve the boot.

This 100%. We keep asking SE for an in-game parse, yet, when people use it for things like this, I can understand why they keep telling us no...

This is true, but at the same time, that is up to the person to decide if they want to become better or not. You can't force people to want to get better.

I did have one healer in sohr khai that refused to heal me even though I didn't say anything or do anything out of the ordinary all run (was machinist). That's the only run in with toxic behavior I've had though. ?_?

That mean you did not read what i wrote

I said I do not afford to go out my leyline to push them
As Blm i insta kill them with Fire IV and it's easy to place myself on a side to have them all in sight

So as i said, i help the killing (especially mogsun) but no in the middle of leylined full Fire enochian no i won't run around scathing thing out of the regen circle
All healer have blizzard II which is the best in this situation
