So if your math is right (I trust you ) The largest server has twenty thousand players. Each player could have 55 instanced rooms lets round down to 50. This actually makes me sadder or angrier. 50 rooms is a lot of space way more then a large house would be.

SO why have they not made player housing instanced? They knew the failed pre 3.0, they know they are still going to fail going forward into 4.0. Do they not know how to let go a bad idea and move on. The wards are bad idea on a game that doesn't regulate population. Why keep embracing a failure.

I can't speak for everyone, but reactions on forums are any indication. If they said the wards would be demolished and houses transferred to instances starting in 4.0. With an entrance in each city and vendors near entrance, would be better received then the current system.
