Rebalancing Suggestions for 4.0

My BRD suggestion:
Merge all the buffs into one, all the songs into one, all the debuffs into one and scrap the Wanderer's Minuet.

That way people will be able to focus on the mechanics and won't feel like figting their own job.

I don't even know where to start. And I'm going to try and say this nicely.
Bard is one of the easiest classes to play. If you are having trouble playing your class while performing simple mechanics then you might need to study your class some more or play another game. There's no need in turning bard into a brain dead 3 button class.
