Something need to be done in how tanks acquiring Provoke

Sounds completely unbalanced.

So does WAR having to consume 5 wrath stacks for Inner Beast mitigation, where DRK and PLD can just pop shadowskin/bulwark which have no other use and be done.
Nobody really complains about WAR being underpowered, tho.
