Yes there are always more new players. But you do realize that the Savage raiding scene represents, at most, 1-2% of the entire FFXIV community? The people who\\'ve been here and haven\\'t done hard content yet, do so by CHOICE. They see no reason to follow the grind of the gear treadmill.

So even if, yes, new players are joining, the majority of them won\\'t touch Savage. Not because it\\'s disinteresting or outdated, but because they just don\\'t want to do it. Raiding requires time, dedication, and team coordination, something that the "casual" crowd of FFXIV usually don\\'t have. I know plenty of people who only craft, or only log in for dailies and see raiding as pointless or too stressful.

Fair point, however alot of people do want to do it but never got a good group and it'snot 1.2% who attempt savage, its just that under 10% who clear it. In the end having cross server friends list and party finder would increase that number significantly. You are using past examples where i am trying to introduce a whole new system where is easier to get parties and add incentive for players to do harder content more. In the end players who get a wide variety of hard content would be much better than only receiving a few fights, my ideas are to expand end game, not to limit it to a select few.
