Uh, can't you just download the game through the normal launcher instead of steam? I mean technically you paid for the game, so it should show up as "PC" on your square account... unless they have a special "steam" tag. (Which would be weird and stupid and completely frustrating.)

Edit: Deleted rest of text because the things I have looked up seem to indicate this is the case, which is lame, was just a thought. I guess keep bugging support, that is really stupid.
