I made the same mistake right after Heavensward came out. I called, they said no. I called again, still no. I decided to sit through chat support instead, and someone finally took pity and issued me a full refund. They can and will do it for you, I just think you've had bad luck with the individuals you spoke with. Persistence pays off. Don't give up just yet! I highly recommend being polite rather than rude as someone else stated, though. As a customer service rep myself, it's much more likely for me to do someone a favor if they're kind towards me, and I'm sure the reps feel the same. Good luck! (:
