If you are going to do something that you're unsure constitutes a ban why would you do it in the 1st place? You'll get your answer if you can't log on one day, and get an email from Squeenix (I assume). I'm guessing you posting here admitting you did it won't help your case much either.

SE didn't e-mail me about one of my suspensions til' like 2 weeks later. I don't have time to wait that long.

You do something that is rude to begin with and now you don't have time to see if you will be punished? Who cares if it's against ToS it's just disrespectful. So just sit there and wait to see if you get some type of punishment. It probably won't come from SE, but the community itself.

I only read the first page so my apologies if this information was already provided. There was a GM response to a similar situation in the past (17 pages long) debating whether or not it would be considered stealing from an FC even though you were granted permissions to access the chest etc.

This thread was brought to my attention, and I am currently looking into the situation. There may have been a miscommunication on the part of the GMs about our ability to investigate, and I am making sure that this was looked into. Sufficient evidence to treat this type of behaviour as fraud can certainly be difficult to obtain; however, these types of situations are ones that GMs can look into to try to find such evidence and rectify the damage that was done.

Thus, GM's will look into these situations. Getting banned for spending company credits would probably be a bit extreme but might be possible if they found malicious chat logs etc. IE. Admitting you sabotaged the FC on purpose.
